Caribbean Lifestyle Cruises is a private yacht charter company based in Curaçao, Dutch Caribbean. We offer boat trips and private charters on board the Just Livin' NC-98, departing from Kima Kalki Marina, Brakkeput Ariba 62, Spanish Water, Curaçao.

Departure times: Klein Curaçao 08:00–17:30 · Fuikdag 11:00–17:30 · Snorkel 08:00 or 13:00 · Sunset Cruise 18:00–21:00. Guests are requested to arrive 30 minutes before departure.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, trips, and services provided by Caribbean Lifestyle Cruises.

A booking is confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received. Until payment is received, your spot is not guaranteed.

Upon confirmation you will receive a booking reference number by email. Please keep this reference for all future communication.

The remaining 50% balance is automatically charged 24 hours before departure. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email to book@caribbeanlifestylecruisescuracao.com.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

The safety of our guests is our highest priority. Caribbean Lifestyle Cruises reserves the right to cancel, shorten, or modify any trip due to:

• Unsafe weather conditions (high winds, heavy swell, tropical storms)
• Technical issues with the vessel
• Instructions from port authorities or the coastguard
• Any other circumstance that threatens guest safety

Curaçao enjoys over 300 sunny days per year. Weather cancellations are rare but possible. We monitor conditions 48–72 hours in advance and will inform guests as early as possible.

Participation in all boat trips and water activities organised by Caribbean Lifestyle Cruises is entirely at the guest's own risk.

Caribbean Lifestyle Cruises accepts no liability for:

• Personal injury, illness, or death during or as a result of the trip
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Injury sustained during swimming, snorkelling, or other water activities
• Seasickness or discomfort caused by sea conditions
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Guests with medical conditions, reduced mobility, or who are pregnant are advised to consult a physician before booking and to inform us at the time of booking.

All guests are required to follow these rules at all times on board:

• No shoes or flip-flops on board — bare feet only at all times
• Never dive from the boat — hidden rocks and coral may be present beneath the surface; always enter the water via the swim ladder
• Children must wear a life jacket when in the water
• Stay within the designated swim area as indicated by the captain
• Follow the captain's instructions at all times — the captain has full authority on board and his instructions are non-negotiable
• No glass bottles on deck
• Alcohol consumption is at the guest's own responsibility

• Sunscreen (waterproof, high SPF recommended)
• Swimwear
• Your own towel — towels are not provided on board
• Sunglasses and/or a hat
• Camera or waterproof phone case
• Any personal medication you may require

Snorkel equipment is provided for all guests on all trips.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are per person unless otherwise stated.

Package inclusions (Breeze, Lifestyle, Prestige) are as described on our website at the time of booking. Caribbean Lifestyle Cruises reserves the right to substitute included items of equal or greater value where necessary due to availability.

Children aged 4–11 receive a 50% discount on the adult package price. Infants (0–3 years) travel free of charge.

Private Charter pricing is provided on request and confirmed in writing before any deposit is taken.

Caribbean Lifestyle Cruises may take photographs or video on board for use in marketing materials and social media. By booking, guests consent to this use unless they explicitly notify us otherwise in writing prior to departure.

Guests may photograph and share their experience freely on social media. We appreciate being tagged — @caribbeanlifestylecruises.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao, Kingdom of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or from bookings made with Caribbean Lifestyle Cruises shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
